I'd like to serve

  • Trails Guides create a welcoming and loving environment for guests, allowing them to take their next steps toward Jesus and toward becoming a part of the Three Trails family. If you are interested in becoming a Trails Guide, we want you!

    TRAILS GUIDES ROLES:

    Door Guide

Door guides, positioned at exterior doors,  are responsible for greeting everyone with a smile and a warm welcome. They are the first impression for first-time guests and will connect guests with an inside guide.

    Inside Guide

Inside guides float near the entry doors and guide guests to the Welcome Center, Trails Kids Check-In, and/or Next Steps.

    Worship Guide

Worship guides are responsible for greeting everyone entering the Worship Center, ensuring they receive a handout as they enter, introducing guests to a Three Trails family, and helping them find a seat. They will also assist with the offering.

    Welcome Center Guide

Welcome Center guides are in the know of what's happening at Three Trails. They assist guests in filling out Connection Cards, hand out first-time guest gifts, provide info and sign-ups for upcoming events, and answer any questions someone may have.

  • Trails Worship leads the church through music and the arts during Sunday services and special events. Trails Worship is a high commitment ministry, requiring 6-10 hours per week of rehearsal, performance, and personal time, in addition to team Bible study/prayer times. If this sounds like something you're passionate about, we would love to meet with you!

    WORSHIP ROLES:

    Instrumentalists

Do you have a passion and ability to play an instrument at a high level while maintaining a teachable spirit and an attitude of teamwork? Serving in the worship band may be right for you. Instrumentalists must be committed to personal and group rehearsals in order to lead the church in worship.

    Vocalists

Do you have the ability to sing lead or backup vocals while blending with other vocalists? Singing in the worship band may be right for you. Vocalists must maintain a teachable spirit and attitude of teamwork in order to lead the church in worship.

    Creative Artists

If you are gifted with an ability in the arts (such as dance, painting, decorating, acting, or creative thinking, to name a few), let us know! While we may not use these areas on a weekly basis, they are vital for events and add-ons to our services throughout the year.

  • Trails Production works within Trails Worship to supply sound, lighting, video, and our online worship experience for our Sunday services. If this sounds like something you're passionate about, we would love to meet with you!

    PRODUCTION ROLES:

    Sound Engineer

Do you have an ear for music, the ability to multitask, and proficiency with computers? Serving as a sound engineer may be right for you. Sound engineers are responsible for the live sound experience at our services and events. Experience is preferable but not necessary.

    Lighting Technician

Lighting technicians are responsible for the lighting system used during our worship services.

    Media Technician

Are you proficient with computers and able to multitask and adapt on the fly? Serving as a media technician may be right for you. Media technicians handle our church presentation software from the sound booth.

    Online Worship Technician

Do you have a passion for thinking creatively and visually? Serving as an online tech may be right for you. The online tech is responsible for operating our online streaming software to create an engaging online experience.

  • Children are such a blessing from God, and at Three Trails, our goal is to come alongside parents and teach kids about their Heavenly Father and lead them to grow into an amazing relationship with Jesus! Through Sunday morning children's worship as well as Wednesday evening ministries, Trails Kids strives to pour into kids with the love of Jesus.

    TRAILS KIDS ROLES:

    Nursery: Birth - 4 Years (Pre-K)

Nursery volunteers show and teach the love of Jesus to our little ones. Responsibilities include rocking babies, coloring, playing with toddlers, and ultimately creating a safe space for kids to learn about Jesus. You will serve alongside other Trails Kids volunteers.

    Elementary: K - 5th Grade

Do you desire to have a blast while investing in young kids? We have the perfect space for you! We teach our kids the foundations of the faith in Jesus using video Bible studies, worship time, and arts and crafts. You will serve alongside other Trails Kids volunteers.

    Trails Kids Check-In

Are you outgoing, personable, tech savvy, and attentive to detail? Our check-in volunteer is the first smiling face regular attenders and first-time guests see when they drop their kids off.

  • Trails Students exists to enrich students through the truth of the gospel, empower them to have a faith of their own, and equip them to share that faith throughout their lives. If you are interested in serving with Trails Students, let us know!

    TRAILS STUDENTS ROLES:

    Youth Leader

If you love middle school and high school students, want to spend most Wednesday nights (and some weekends!) with them, and have a desire to pour into them for the sake of Jesus, look no further. Youth leaders participate in games and activities, help lead discussions, and occasionally teach lessons. The goal? Sharing the love of Jesus and helping students grow roots in their own faith.

    Youth Mentor

Love students but can't do youth on Wednesdays? This is for you. Youth mentors are passionate, student-loving adults who do life with our students. Here, you would meet with your student on a regular schedule set by the two of you. The goal? To add another Jesus-loving adult relationship in the lives of our students to help them build a solid faith foundation before they graduate.
